PitchSide Ltd ("PitchSide", "we", "us", or "our") operates the PitchSide platform, connecting sports organisations with qualified physiotherapists and sports therapists. We collect information you provide directly, including: • Account registration details (name, email address, password) • Professional profile information (qualifications, registrations, certifications, DBS certificates, insurance documents) • Organisation details (name, address, billing information, contact details) • Booking and fixture data • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe – we do not store card details) • Communications between users on the platform • Injury reports submitted through the platform We also collect certain information automatically when you use PitchSide, including IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage data via cookies and similar technologies.
We use your information to: • Provide, operate, and improve the PitchSide platform • Match therapists with relevant fixture opportunities • Process payments and issue invoices • Verify therapist credentials and professional registrations • Send notifications about bookings, applications, and platform activity • Comply with our legal obligations, including safeguarding requirements • Respond to enquiries and provide customer support • Detect and prevent fraud or misuse of the platform

Credential documents and injury reports may be retained for longer periods to satisfy legal and safeguarding obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (subject to legal retention requirements).
